Tomorrow was forecast to be the heaviest precipitation period, with ongoing severe weather risk expected across multiple regions of both states.

Medical authorities cautioned that there was an higher risk of weather-related respiratory issues across the countryside regions, specifically given the existing atmospheric conditions.
